AntiSlip Keramika is an impregnation coating suitable for the treatment of all slippery ceramic and mineral surfaces , such as ceramic tiles , glazed surfaces , natural and artificial stone , etc. Prevents slipping on wet surfaces. The application of AntiSlip Keramika creates a continuous microporous layer on the treated surface, which roughens the pavement without damaging it.

The microporous layer increases friction and performs the function of special non-slip flooring.

The coating can be applied to both new and already used material. The main area of use is areas where there is a risk of slipping , such as water parks , wellness centers , hotels , bathrooms , toilets , changing rooms , schools , kitchens , areas in medical facilities , establishments in the food industry , public buildings , etc.

AntiSlip Keramika is suitable for use in households, public spaces and professional operations.

Approximate yield: 100 / m ² .  The consumption of the product also depends on the absorbency of the material and the method of application

Substrate preparation: before nano application, the treated surface must be thoroughly cleaned. According to the pollution tip, we always choose the right cleaner!

Preparation before application: apply to a slightly damp surface and at a temperature of 15 to 30 °C.  The surfaces you want to treat must be completely dry, free of all dirt and residues of cleaning products. It is not suitable to apply the product to surfaces heated by sunlight and other heat sources. Due to the wide range of surfaces, we recommend that you carry out a TEST for the compatibility of the surface treatment before your own application.

Do not use the product on glass and shiny tiles !!!

Safety at work: use protective equipment such as gloves and protective clothing when applying. Follow the usual safety and health precautions at work. Wash your hands during breaks and at the end of work. If applying indoors, pay particular attention to good ventilation of the space. This can only be achieved by local exhaust or effective general ventilation. If it is not possible to comply with the NPK-P limits, it is necessary to use suitable devices for the protection of the respiratory system.

THE PREPARATION IS READY FOR DIRECT USE!

Application tools: Apply AntiSlip Ceramics with a foam roller, sponge or floor mop

Application:

1. Apply the product evenly to the surface and let it react. It is necessary to prevent the preparation from drying out during application, therefore it is not advisable to apply in direct sunlight and with the floor heating on! Approximate reaction time is 30 minutes. The entire surface must be treated in one layer.
2. After 30 minutes, neutralize the treated surfaces with water. If the reaction is not sufficient, repeat the application. Application can be repeated several times. Here, the reaction time of the product can be shorter, e.g. 10 minutes. All reaction times are then added up and an overall application is made with the resulting time. With dark surfaces, there is a risk of lightening of the surface with a longer reaction!
3. At the end of the application, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. No residues of the product must remain on the treated surface. Application time varies depending on the nature and type of substrate. On a sensitive polished granite or marble surface, the product may cause a surface change due to chemical crystallization.
4. After 60 minutes of application, the surface is ready for use.

Storage: consume within 24 months from the date of manufacture. Store in the original and well-closed packaging at a temperature of 5 to 30 °C, protect from sunlight and frost.
