ANKER Universal Nano Impregnation NanoOne, 150 ml

NanoOne is a universal hybrid nano impregnation of non-porous materials such as glass, ceramics, plastic or various types of metals. The created protection creates a long-lasting protective shield that can reach up to 60 months!

NanoOne is an alcoholic preparation containing nano particles of silicon dioxide - SIO2 , which create a highly hydrophobic surface layer . This layer protects the treated material from external influences , such as dust particles, water, grease, scale, algae, heat, soot, pitch, smoke, etc.

An ultra-thin nano layer is formed on the surface of the treated material , which is fully transparent, without an oily film , with high heat resistance up to 400 °C. The application saves time and costs for routine surface maintenance. By treating the surface with the nano preparation NanoOne, we increase the service life and protection of the material itself.

The life of the protective layer can reach up to 60 months. The durability of the layer depends on the correct application and the degree of mechanical stress.

Before nano application, the treated surface must be thoroughly cleaned. According to the pollution tip, we always choose the right cleaner!

Personal protective equipment: wear protective equipment such as gloves and protective clothing during application. Follow the usual safety and health precautions at work. Wash your hands during breaks and at the end of work.

Preparation before application: to achieve the desired results, it is necessary to follow the prescribed application procedure. Work at temperatures above 15°C. The surfaces you want to treat must be completely dry, free of all dirt and residues of cleaning products. It is not suitable to apply the product to surfaces heated by sunlight, the temperature of the surface should not exceed 30 °C.

Due to the wide range of surfaces, we recommend that you carry out a TEST for the compatibility of the surface treatment before your own application.

THE PREPARATION IS READY FOR DIRECT USE! 

Application on a NEW SURFACE

1. To achieve the maximum result, it is necessary to use clean application aids. For applying NanoOnewe recommend using the N4Y Application fall (application pad) and N4Y Application cloth (application cloth) intended for nano application. Use a microfiber or non-woven cloth
   for subsequent polishing . 2. Subsequently, it is necessary to completely degrease the surface and remove the remains of the cleaner. Use Universal Cleaner for this step . Apply Universal Cleaner to the surface with a sprayer and then polish to a streak-free shine.
   3. If the surface is perfectly cleaned and degreased, apply the protective nano product NanoOne . Always apply to a smaller area, spread the liquid immediately and immediately polish off any smudges. Proceed systematically over the surface. 3-4 hours after application (at an air temperature of around 20 °C), the applied layer dries completely and becomes water resistant. During the first 48 hours after application, the treated surface should not be exposed to chemicals or mechanical stress .

Application on already USED SURFACE

1. Clean the surface with appropriate deep cleaners, e.g. WATER STAIN CLEANER - Scale and rust cleaner . The more thoroughly the surface is cleaned, the better and long-lasting effect we will subsequently achieve. Then rinse with water and wipe dry.

Maintenance: We recommend using cleaning products with a neutral pH7 on treated surfaces. Never use abrasive, acidic or alkaline substances for cleaning! We recommend a bathroom cleaner with the Bathroom protective component as the best product for subsequent maintenance Shine . To revive the nano coating, we recommend degreasing the surface with Universal Cleaner . The restoration of the old nano coating is carried out in the same way as the application of previous coatings.

Storage: Consume within 24 months from date of manufacture. Store in the original and well-closed packaging at a temperature of 5 to 30 °C, protect from sunlight and frost. Keep away from sources of heat, do not smoke when handling the product. Take precautions against static electricity. Work with the product only in places where there is no risk of explosion.
