The Balboa Heating 3.0 kW Assembly 24" M7 (code 58107S) is a high-performance heating element designed for hot tubs and spa systems. With M7 technology, it ensures reliable and precise water heating, contributing to optimal comfort during use. This complete assembly includes sensors and gaskets for Balboa plastic control units.
It also serves as an identical replacement for Balboa 58122 and 58118.
The flow-through heater is connected to a fixed control unit and is managed by an automatic control program. Thanks to three titanium stabilizers, this heater is highly durable and reliable, minimizing vibrations even during strong water flow. A structural mounting bracket is standard on all heaters from Balboa Water Group.

This new equipment ensures precise alignment during installation and setup, improving manufacturing consistency and overall product quality. The final result leads to consistently smoother water flow around the heating coil while reducing vibrations. All these factors contribute to increased reliability and durability. The coil's design allows for precise arrangement during production.

Chemically inert epoxy bonding, instead of soldering, enhances resistance to corrosion.
Each assembly is tested at 60 psi to ensure no leaks before installation.
