Thermocovers

Provide measurements in millimeters. Round up the measured lengths to the nearest ten millimeters. The goal is to achieve a greater overlap than the acrylic shell of the hot tub. Too small of an overlap will be tight or may not fit. The measurement must be taken OUTSIDE the acrylic tub. We recommend NOT relying on the dimensions of the old thermal cover.

Use two rulers (or a right-angle square if available). Place the rulers on two adjacent outer walls of the tub as shown in the image. The distance between the start of the ruler and the point where it touches the wall of the hot tub is the radius. The example shown indicates a radius of 300 mm.
